If you need a new CSIF account or can’t remember your password, please send an email to email node:
 
This will create a formal case which will be processed. Include in the email:
  • The name of your company, your email address and the country you are from and
  • Is the need for a new account or password change
 
Do NOT include any other contacts in the “To” field when requesting a new CSIF account or password change. The “To” should be csifchannelprocess@hpe.com or etools_support_apj_tier1@hpe.com or TSG-TSS-NEWCALL-HPQ-HPIT-ETOOLS@hpe.com only. Include any other contacts in the “cc” field.
Attachments will not be processed if included in the original email.
